The File menu has the following commands available for opening, saving, editing, and printing the
Concyl model definition input file:
New:
Clears all GUI input data and sets up a new blank problem. No warning is provided prior to
clearing the GUI.
Open:
Loads and processes a new input data file. The current GUI data will be cleared and replaced
with the data from the input file, if the input file is successfully read. A new solution will also be
generated. The input data file format is described here. Save:
Saves all GUI data to the current input file. Also performs error checking to ensure a complete
and valid set of input data. This menu command is enabled only if there is new data to save.
Save As:
Saves all GUI data to a new input file. Also performs error checking to ensure a complete and
valid set of input data.
Edit:
Opens current input file for manual viewing and editing. If current file has not yet been saved,
then the user is prompted to open any file for editing. This men command is always enabled.
Print:
Prints current input file. If current file has not yet been saved, then the user is prompted to print
any file. This menu command is always enabled.
Exit:
Terminates program execution without any warning for unsaved data.
