This is how the trail starts out - a nice and eacy path with a fairly steep grade

There's a rescue helicopter probably heading up to help some stranded or injured hiker

There I am just getting started on this difficult hike - not even sweating yet

Here is where the trail gets a bit more rugged with fence protection from the dangerous dropoffs

Great stair climber exercise under the base of these huge cliffs

Several areas have steel rails to help going up and down - those rails sure get super hot in the sun, so gloves are a good idea
